We are a family business that has been manufacturing Potato Cakes since 1998 and have remained true to our roots.

Although this may not seem long, the vision began long before this.

Sam, our father, landed in Melbourne in 1969 and immediately started working in the local fish & chip store.

His duties consisted of vigorously washing, slicing, and battering potatoes daily.

As a result, he quickly mastered the craft of making hand-made potato cakes.

So, in 1998, when he saw that a potato cake manufacturer was up for sale, he knew his only choice was to seize the opportunity.

While other manufacturers may have transitioned to machinery and lost the craft of hand-made potato cakes, we continue to provide more Australians with the tastiest traditional potato cakes.
